About the Firm

A firm built on conviction, not scale.

Beyond Sunday exists because every organization has been entrusted with people, and because those people deserve to be stewarded well through healthy organizations that can carry what has been placed in their hands.

The Ground She Stands On

The people entrusted to a leader are the point. The health of the organization is how those people are cared for over time.

The Founder

Someone who has carried the weight, and learned to steward it.

Beyond Sunday was founded by Kirsten Britt, a pastor, educator, and stewardship advisor who has spent years inside the very organizations the firm now serves.

Her work is shaped by a settled conviction: the people entrusted to a leader are the point, and the health of the organization is how those people are cared for over time. Faith is not a marketing decision at Beyond Sunday. It is the ground the firm stands on.

At this stage, Kirsten personally leads every partnership. That is intentional. Beyond Sunday is a firm built on the quiet discipline of showing up, understanding deeply, and stewarding faithfully, one partner at a time.

Our Commitment

Faithful stewardship builds lasting capacity.

Every partnership is personally guided; the relationship you begin with is the relationship you keep. We take on a limited number of partners at a time so that stewardship, not scale, remains the measure of our work.

Technology has its place. It supports stewardship. It does not replace the discernment of a trusted advisor. And we measure our work in the capacity your leaders regain to carry what matters most, never in dashboards or deliverables.
